With Ron’s workouts, I feel very challenged yet capable. I am thinking about exercise in a new way, focused on how I am functioning.

Ron does a GREAT job with the workouts. Every session is different and is tailored to your abilities. Having a lower back injury from the past, he keeps it in mind to always be able to push you during training without you overdoing it or having you worry about injuring yourself.
